About Us.
Direct Hope (Singapore) is a community driven social youth enterprise that aims to help marginalised youths by teaching them important life skills & values, giving them community support and by alleviating their financial burdens through job opportunities and entrepreneurial projects. The youth are Singapore's future, and we believe that we should build a strong and united foundation in the lives of ALL our youth regardless of socio-economic background in order for them to prosper and bring our country to greater heights in their generation.

What we do?
Learning & Growth
We believe that it is vital for all youth to have a set of important life skills and knowledge to move forward positively into adulthood. As such, we teach our youths important life skills through our mentorship program and workshops (both casual and structured).
Community Bonding
Youth, especially those from marginalised background are more easily led astray by dishonest groups and people who do not have the best interest of these youths at heart. At Direct Hope, we provide these youths a community that allows them to participate in fun but age appropriate, social activities that create lasting bonds with peers that help improve the lives of each other. This helps them stay away from bad company and criminality. These community bonding social activities are almost always fully sponsored by Direct Hope.
Jobs
A critical barrier in the pursuit of equity for these youths are financial difficulties. At Direct Hope, we tackle this issue by training and equipping these youths with masterful sales skills. They leverage on these sales skills by carrying out activities through Direct Hope. These regular activities allow these youths to earn a quality income with flexible hours and locations that fit to their school schedules. This combined with the financial literacy we impart and emphasis on good spending habits and savings, allow these youths to be well prepared with a adequate financial war chest when they move on from the program.
